The Deaf Center in Bergen (Bergen Døvesenter) would like to welcome you all to the 47th annual Deaf Culture Festival that will be held in Bergen, Norway, from the 7th to the 9th of November 2014. The venues for the festival will be Scandic Ørnen Hotel and Grieghallen. We have reserved the entire hotel (Scandic Ørnen) which has a capacity of 700 guests. It is located in the center of the city close to both the bus and train stations.

Foreign lecturers will be participating in the seminar on Friday, and foreign actors will be participating on Saturday. On Sunday we will be arranging a tour from the center of the city to the Deaf Center.

Registration has opened. We recommend that you register as soon as possible. If you book a hotel room and register for the event now, you will receive an e-mail from us asking you to transfer the total sum for registration and hotel to our bank account. When the money is transferred, you will be guaranteed a festival pass. By registering early, you will give us a better overview that will make it possible for us to make the best possible accommodations for all participants.
